Qi is the breath of life also known as life force.
Practices like Qigong, meditation,massage therapy, Reiki and intentional breathing cultivates Qi in different ways. All of these practices help blood circulation which is where healing truly begins, the blood. These modalities have assisted greatly in life changing ways. It is my great honor to share this experience with others and be of service along their journey. I am blessed to have the healing experiences I have had and the loving support of others.

Qigong is a chinese exercise consisting of slow movements, postures, intentional breathing, and the cultivation of Qi to promote healing in the mind, body and spirit. Qigong strengthens one's awareness of the energy inside and all around. This can be seen in the popular movie series Star Wars as they talk about "the force" and tuning into it.
When this connection is disciplined and strengthened, your well being is positively realigned and you begin to operate from a more loving and authentic place. Day to day life becomes less stressful,more simplified, energy is more sustained and the body receives more blood flow. This provides healing and sense of overall peace. Anyone from a child to the elderly, wheelchair bound and disabled can practice & feel the impact of Qigong.
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing.
This modality is mainly practiced by scanning the body with hands hovering over energy centers called chakras or dontiens which are energy centers of the body. Reiki is a way of moving Qi through the body and restore balance. I am level one Reiki attuned. This modality is very helpful for those who are looking for a gentle way to energetically detox.
